A MANIFESTO FOR CULTURAL RENEWAL

1. WE EXIST TO CREATE.
TEN stages events that bring artists and audiences together in ways that feel intimate, ambitious, and culturally meaningful.

2. WE OPERATE COMMERCIALLY, WITH INTEGRITY.
We work in partnership with regional stakeholders. Artists are remunerated. No exploitation, no shortcuts.

3. PROFIT BECOMES PURPOSE.
Every surplus enters a protected, independently overseen fund. That fund is spent solely for the benefit of the region that generated it.

4. THE FUND BUILDS ENTERPRISES AND REVITALISES LANDMARKS.
Our first task is to create a new events company  rooted in place, built to endure, dedicated to revitalising the city's historic spaces  beginning with the Kirk of St Nicholas, Aberdeen's 'Mither Kirk'. Cultural renewal starts with the buildings that hold a region's memory. As the first of a family of enterprises, it will reinvest, building music and entertainment infrastructure whilst creating employment at every stage.

5. OWNERSHIP RETURNS TO THE PEOPLE.
When the company becomes stable, it transitions to the employees who run it through an Employee Ownership Trust. Then the fund builds and supports the next one: media and entertainment first, creating employment at every stage of growth - more to follow.

6. ABERDEEN IS OUR OPERATIONAL CENTRE.
Every event in this model, anywhere in the world, is managed from an Aberdeen central office, strengthening the region's creative economy.

7. EXPANSION IS DELIBERATE.
The next region is already being selected, chosen for its potential to grow and benefit from the model.

8. REPLICATION IS THE STRATEGY.
We intend to repeat this process many times, creating a network of locally rooted, self-sustaining creative enterprises.

9. TEN TAKES NO PROFIT AND SEEKS NO SPOTLIGHT.
TEN exists to build structures and stand behind them, not in front of them.

10. THE PROCESS IS THE POINT. THE OUTCOMES ARE THE GOAL.
Our model is our mission: a repeatable, regenerative system that turns culture into long-term community benefit.
